If she wants the business, and I'm sure she does, she'll meet me in the middle. I'm on a personal crusade to show properties how wrong resort fees are.

Indeed, I agree...but you might run into the problem of their property management system telling them that removing the resort fee Is Not Possible. That's minor in the grand scheme, and can be worked around, but it's still a pain in the :rolleyes: to deal with.

That's what I'm hoping for.

She can't get around it so she speaks to the revenue manager and / or GM and says "I have a relatively large client who is saying the resort fee is a deal breaker. What can I do?" And then they get into a conversation about the resort fees and guest perception, etc.

Resort fees are added on by individual properties and can be removed, with no problems.

Because :rolleyes: management has blocked access to flickr. It's beyond :rolleyes:. Señor :rolleyes: will have to access Aeroporn in the after hours.
