That'll be my July and August bills combined (fortunately). However, my home is small (a Craftsman cottage).

Who knows -- but the NA Indian $ coins are limitless, IIRC.

The presidents are theoretically 2 per lifetime, however your account forgets what you've ordered after a while.

That's better than the $45 offers I get from the Hilton.

I would have to be paid to stay at the LV Hilton.

I wore a windbreaker out to do errands tonight.

Heat is all relative. I'll take your heat. As for being tired, I can sympathize. I still need to cook dinner too. My "work" day is over. My daily paycheck is a sleeping baby.

Alaskan king crab still in the leg is nice; I'll never turn it down. But I like crab cakes the most, preferably very crispy from being top broiled, Palm-style.

Heck yea. Even with the daily rains I can't ever remember a summer that has been this nice. April has been the most  month of the year. ^:-:

I love king crab but I hate it in the barffets in Vegas. Something about them being cold, clammy, and over cooked makes it yuck. Now for crab cakes I'm picky. Too many places skimp on the crap.

Speaking of crabs, anyone watch Deadiest Catch tonight? :( Big^ to Sig.

If I'm still awake at 11, I'll pull it from the DVR. Worst case tomorrow morning, since I'm watching SVU right now, and I am long overdue for a Mariska Hargitay fix.

Mmmmmmm! Yummy! And here I am in this stinking, festering Embassy suites and have to make do with a chicken fajita wrap, which will no doubt be hideous. And they'll get my tea order wrong - they always do!

Moan, groan, whine..... :D

And, I still have at least 3 hours to go .... damn those psychometrics.

You do know to ask for English Breakfast Tea right?

But of course! I also ask for milk on the side and inevitably I get a huge glass of milk and get charged for it! All I want is a little to add to my tea, and no matter how much I explain, I always get the glass!!

Fired calamari is generally a waste of decent crustacean. Give me broiled or grilled, stuffed with an herbed feta any day.

The king crab appetizer at Morimoto in NYC is phenomenal. It comes with a spicy mayo and little roe on top. Just delicious. Crab cakes are good, too, but you have to be careful to only get them at a decent place. Otherwise you end up with mostly bread crumbs and that is no fun.

Are those king crab or snow crab. Most buffets I've seen do snow and those are just a waste of time and energy to bother with.

We made a lamb of a Mediterranean style the other night that was quite delicious. It had figs in the sauce and served over orzo. Not really a summer meal, but it has made the list as a definite repeat for the colder months when those roll back around.
