IIRC, it has always been a benefit. More than 55K Status Mi. in a year, and you get Status--->RDM rollover, plus the ability to nominate someone to BD Silver. It costs a certain amount of miles to nominate someone. I don't recall how many (15K or thereabouts, I think). Be sure to work that into any CC trade valuation.

Another stupid question (and stupid because I could probably get the answer by spending time in the BD forum and/or searching). What is the main advantage of crediting miles to BD vs UA? (short version)? Please.. go easy on the .

Nope. Re-doing resume again sans the recommended lies.

Domestic F (US/UA) fares with BD earn 325% miles (or 625%, if you have already flown 55K EQM in a year). Domestic F fares with UA earn 150%.

BD also offers cash + miles redemptions, one-way reward redemptions, and does not engage in StarNet Blocking.

Train #1 to Fianceeland will depart the station as soon as the conductor gets off his a$$ and packs his bags.

Made it to DTW. 1 more flight to go...

How much is this UA Q-UP? I need about 20k more BD status miles before January.

Too bad that the phone number she gave you isn't for civilians.

Yeah, I'll just call the elite line after its ticketed. I just wanted to make her work for her commission. Blows me away how these people stay in business, but I guess it makes sense since the EA who does the travel knows even less than she does.

It's $150. MSP-GEG.

E-mail me and let me know if you want to meet up in MSP to run it.

Are you on any of my runs, Hartmann? I just found out that CO is offering IAH-MSP return for a respectable $212+, and offers a 05:45am Monday Morning MSP-IAH that will get me back to IAH in time for work. :D

I thought Q-Ups are usually $400-$800.

Noted and noted. @:-) @:-)

Not that I don't want to go out there, but I'm having a real hard time getting off the couch.

I'm in for a MSP-CLT-DFW-DEN-GEG-SFO-PHX-DEN-MSP on 9/26-9/27. A few US segments and a CRJ200 but I think I'll live...

I am going to buy a few more and then decide which weekend(s) I am actually going to go.
