IIRC, it has always been a benefit. More than 55K Status Mi. in a year, and you get Status--->RDM rollover, plus the ability to nominate someone to BD Silver. It costs a certain amount of miles to nominate someone. I don't recall how many (15K or thereabouts, I think). Be sure to work that into any CC trade valuation.

Another stupid question (and stupid because I could probably get the answer by spending time in the BD forum and/or searching). What is the main advantage of crediting miles to BD vs UA? (short version)? Please.. go easy on the :rolleyes:.
BD also offers cash + miles redemptions, one-way reward redemptions, and does not engage in StarNet Blocking. :-: |
:-::-:
Thanks!

Domestic F (US/UA) fares with BD earn 325% miles (or 625%, if you have already flown 55K EQM in a year). Domestic F fares with UA earn 150%.

Train #1 to Fianceeland will depart the station as soon as the conductor gets off his a$$ and packs his bags.

Not that I don't want to go out there, but I'm having a real hard time getting off the couch. :rolleyes: |
I'm in for a MSP-CLT-DFW-DEN-GEG-SFO-PHX-DEN-MSP on 9/26-9/27. A few US segments and a CRJ200 but I think I'll live...
I am going to buy a few more and then decide which weekend(s) I am actually going to go. |
