I have discovered a way to make vomiting not so objectionable of an activity. Subsist on water. That way, when it comes back up, there's very little acid and consequently almost no pain.

Eckk - perhaps a little less water and something like PowerAde to help replace electrolytes during this process (not a medical opinion)?

Actually, my ability to deal with regulators and wicked problems / messes saw me appointed to a senior administrative position (half-year probation followed by at-will employment) without ever seeking tenure (six years of probation followed by termination only with just cause); this in itself was an uncommon career progression in my field.
