I did earn 4 TrueBlue reward flights one year flying out of IAD, without ever setting foot on an E145. ;)

I suspect that they and DL had something to do with CO pulling out of JFK. I miss those flights - as close to automatic as you could get with EUA.

Sadly I never took that flight. Now i'm going to have to fly DL if I want the JFK-IAH line. That long on a CR7/CR9. Shudder.

I've done it on the DL CR9 (in F and Y). Their Y seats are hard as a rock on that plane.

I think UN (Transaero) may be my next redemption goal with BD miles. PUJ-DME looks like a fun line.

Same reason I complain about no *A mainline service out of BNA.*

* Flights on US to CLT don't count.

I did it a few times on CO, including to/from DO III.

I think I am going to go for JFK-DCA finally next week to get the line and possibly the E40. I talked the boss here into a day in DC for work.

Wow. BA is now offering Tier Points on all fares (including discounted economy). That seals it for me. A handful of Q-UPs on AA and a single roundtrip to Europe in Y on BA (for the 4 annual BA Segments requirement) will be all that's needed to make BA Silver.

What benefits does BA Silver offer?

The big one is OneWorld Biz Lounge Access (it's like *G).

BA miles also offer excellent redemption values between certain regions, on quality carriers (CX, QF, LA, BA, JL). I'd really like to give JFK-YVR (CX) a shot, as well as MEX-YVR (JL), and JFK-GRU (JL). Of course, there's always SCL-IPC.

In FLL now, had to seat in 18C, but made it just fine. Someone not even on the upgrade list got the battlefield upgrade called up front just before leaving....odd!

now my luggage is on the next plane.....and it is delayed....

guess I'll just pick it up tomorrow.

At least you made it on the flight! Were you #1 on the list when the mystery battlefield UG cleared?

Cmike, nice signature line. I liked Grosse point blank.

One of my favorite darker comedies. I almost picked the line while he's putting his tie on in the mirror before the reunion. "I sell couch insurance. I test market positive thinking."

Congratulations. :D

Good Morning, boys and girls. Today's non-posting activities were sponsored by the letters K, M and D. K was kind enough to wake me up at 5:48 this morning after going to bed at about 1:30 - kidney stone.

Mr. M showed up in the hospital about two hours later, when all I was thinking was M:rolleyes:therf:-::-::-:er, I need more narcotics.

D made his presence felt after I got home from the hospital just about five hours after the first sign of pain, and he contributed the drug-induced nap that I took from just before 11 this morning until about 40 minutes ago.

It's been a fun, fun day. I find it very hard to believe that it's after 5pm already...but then again, two IV loads of Dilaudid will do that to a guy.

Morning, Box.

What's kind of sad is that Powerball's cash jackpot is $124.8 million and Mega Millions is $130.1. Yet, the annuity jackpot is higher for Powerball ($250 million) than MM ($207 million).
