No it is more like a FR (food run). The better half will get the upgrades if the companion upgrades don't clear, but I'll be enjoying exit row windows the entire trip.

What!

Looks like I'm not the only one who didn't see that post on the OP forum. ABC 13 here had a breaking news story about this.

Nothing against Smisek, but I'm not sure this change is going to be good for CO...

Keep in mind as COO and Pres he pretty much runs the company now. He's just moving in the figure head position like the Queen.

The wording is a bit weird, but do we get 15k CO and LH miles or just one? The wording made it sound like possibly both, which would rock!

no, the deal is worked with LH and CO to give miles, still working out for others to get 15k miles for the flight, others will probably just be whatever the mileage is otherwise.

I cannot imagine that you'll be able to double-dip. It has to be that LH and CO are both extending the offer, with negotiations ongoing to entice SK, BD and UA into the fold.

I doubt that. It is a charter, so either they'll "play along" or their members get nothing.

Possibly, but it looks to be running as an LH flight which could possibly post if you have the FFN in.

Maybe Reeboks are a safer bet.

They all swish, but their level of DBery depends on the user.

If you are scheduled up here on 8/8, it is entirely possible that I can run the Mondavi book up to you.

It is an LH charter. I don't knw where you're seeing that the inrta-Europe charters are a scheduled flight.

The LH405 is in reference to the TATL "party flight" and that will credit actual miles only to any LH partner.

OMG - one of the Nashville news stations is going to have a story about the dangers of "Do-It-Yourself" projects as a result of the economic downturn. From their teaser, it looks like the main subject fell out of a tree working on his kid's treehouse.

Yeah that idiot screwed up traffic for most of north Houston. I wonder if ALCO got stuck in it.
