They were both wrong, but send her the damn ambulance and deal with her later if need be. I get people telling me how they pay my salary all the time on the phone screaming :rolleyes: at me. I am tempted to correct them and let them know I work for a private hospital and not for them, but I do not wan't to end up on the news and Oprah :eek:

He then yells at me that our crew is "just standing around" and "wasting his taxes." Just like it has been for the past decade. He told me he wasn't going to pay the EMS portion of his taxes this year because of my attitude. I told him not to spend all $2.50 in one place.
