Perhaps they will ave the NRT video up as I didnt watch the last time as I was doing a turn.

BTW....this is ALSO the same reason why appetizers at restaurants are almost always served in odd numbers. It's always great to politely argue over who eats the last one or make a mess by trying to cut it in half!

We do that because items are better in odd numbers than in even numbers. Trust me when I say the last thing we are worried about when plating said items during service is who is going to eat what and how many!! :D

I think I'll continue to add my  and :( to day's postings.

I hate the employee bus. I live 10 minutes away from the airport but the employee bus takes 15 minutes to get me from the parking lot to the terminal.

I hate the fact that CVS bought Long's Drug Stores. They no longer carry my brand of pantyhose.

I hate the fact I have to wear pantyhose to work.

I think there is still a Long's Drug in Monterey, CA. Perhaps a weekend drive down the coast is in order.

I'm a bit p'd off today. I took my Honda Odyssey in for a routine service, and ended up spending $1000+++.

I needed my front "struts" fixing and my wobble arm or waver arm or something or other, I can't remember the name of it, needed fixing too. Plus then the wheels needed realigning and I needed a 75k service.

Bugger!

Mind you, initially, the service guy told me it was going to be $1400, but I said "hang on while I make some calls". I called several local dealerships to compare prices. Managed to get my dealer to undercut the rest, and walked out paying $1066.00 instead of $1400.

Would much rather have spent that money on an MR!!

MR is more important, where are your priorities. :) Lucky my local dealer has a 10% coupon they send out for parts! :)

I dunno why people were complaining about the service in F. Today, on my flight in F - I not only had all the drinks I could possible consume, but the FA also passed me their phone number on a napkin, and all I did was smile :)

It's a good day. ^^

I think you should be posting that in the "what type of service one can expect in FC!

Will knock down doors for miles. :D

May have better luck asking for Drinks. Miles are done through a desk department!! :)

Today has been a gloriously borrowing day except for the fact that I want to leave work now but still have a dinner to do! Hope everyone has a good evening and see ya on the flip side!

Can't wait to get rid of her, but until the property market picks up, we're stuck with them (we share an investment property).[/QUOTE]

Since I own my dad's condo with my mother, who has said she wants no money from the place, I plan on selling it for just about anything. The rental fees I am getting barely pays for the condo fees and my headaches over this place is no longer worth the amount of money I put into it.

I am not going to wait for the market to go up. Someone is going to get a great deal on this place.

Then I can claim I am an only child. HAHA

I can't really blame the tenant for this current problem. My sister, while holding my father's power of attorney and his bank account, decided that she/he wasn't going to pay the condo fees. My dad and I owned his condo 50/50. I paid my share but my father's went unpaid. Several other dirty family linen things happened and I have now made good on just the payments that my sister/father refused to pay. Of course the lawyers want me to pay interest and their fees and I'm still only a 50% owner.

The condo tenant has not been able to get the access card to the facilities because of all of this.

Anyone want to buy a nice 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo in Boca? Cheap, really cheap.

Wonder if I can get out of that apartment I just rented today...

My old boss, according to the stories he told, would pick up FA's on NK when he would fly between ACY and MCO on weekends. He has a Disney Vacation Club property and would fly down almost every week. He also once famously claimed that Mile High shenanigans with an on-duty FA was his perfect cure for a hangover.

If it wasn't an age-restricted property, I'd be bombarding you with PM's.

I know. Anyone can own that damn thing, it's just that one of you has to be 55+ to live there.

Just remember principle is expensive, almost as expensive as blood.

How easy is it to fake? I really have noting to do in Atlanta. Though when I shave (which is about twice a week) I look 16. Maybe I could be pretending to visit grandpa a lot.

Thanks all all for the well wishes! This is a trip of a life time for me! If any of the good folks in the Box have any ideas or what not about things one needs to do while in HKG, guidance would be welcomed and appreciated! For any of you that may have OW miles, award availability is both BC and FC on CX seems to be really good from all over North America including NYC!

Safe Travels All!!^

Premium event tickets for the group. One guy in my old office in the Air Force bought Phillies box seats that belonged to one of my mother's employees at the time. They all went to the game and had a great night out.
