Apparently that's why it's so cold up here right now. I was warmer in Vancouver.

Wear a jacket so you won't catch a cold.

Random new project of the day - MR Value Calculator

Similar to the Flying Fish tool but online and with more airports and a couple other fun features.

There is a recently constructed pedestrian bridge over a major highway in Lubbock, TX that I had an "experience" on.

A large crowd was leaving a football game and using the bridge, making it packed. As people neared the midpoint of the bridge, I started feeling queasy but realized it wasn't just me, everyone felt the same way. Then I realized it wasn't queasiness but the bridge swaying from the load.

People were freaking out, thinking the thing was going to collapse. It was not just a little sway, this was look forward and the entire horizon moved.

I assume this is across the Marsha Sharp Freeway?

NICE! What about adding a RT or OW check box?

Have you thought about having a OW or RT feature button?

He's still on vacation. I've seen a couple of updates from him on Twitter.

Too lazy to type out the whole itinerary??

I suppose I could do that pretty easily. Call it v2. ;)

I've only been up for an hour and already my day has been full of , followed by .

Spent 45 minutes on hold with the SF police department to file a police report, only to be told that they no longer take them over the phone. Funny that's not what the hold message said.

Then I spent 25 minutes holding for an online company to complain about a shoe return that they refused. I was told that it was refused because it's a sale item, never mind that the shoe has a major manufacture defect. I was authorized to return the shoes again, postage to be repaid IF they decide that it really is a defect. So I get to repack the box, drive to the post office and send another $7.50 in postage to replace a $10.00 sale item. This company is so stupid....they are going to give me another shoe valued at $10, pay me $15 in postage.
