I plan to get the last flight out of CVG on Friday 8/7 and will head out to the office in Bergen County on Saturday morning to pick up the mail.

Where are you going to be around lunchtime?

You can make the reservation now with them over the phone so you dont lose out if they book up.

Thanks, I'll do that. I am still looking for a SPG 50, so I can cut the 150.00 rack rate in half.

Just ordered my two-box limit on the other two available Presidents. NA's are next after all three of these orders are paid.

Poop, didn't notice it was a weekend. If it was a weekday, I could have arranged sales calls up there. PM me the office address. I'd rather you have the book for your upcoming flights, and I'll just send it Media Mail.

Looks like the price to fly from MIA/FLL-EWR is  for the weekends I am looking for.

Somehow, it frequently is. I have yet to figure out how they know that I want to go on that particular day. :(

I am having a tough time spending $150 one-way to fly MIA/FLL-NYC.

I want to get down there and use my free weekends for the W South Beach. Looks like I may hit Boston or D.C. instead @:-)

Night, Box. Off to sell the fiancee on the nuances of the DCA hockey trip.

All kidding aside, if you are more than 10 days out, that should only happen in the summer on a Sunday evening.

Yep, more than 10 days out. I have tegged the flights with Yapta so we will see what happens. :-:

Did you have a choice of single or double kayaks?

No choice - doubles only. There were 10 folks on the trip plus two guides (in singles).

I deposited today and I'm going to pay the AmEx charges tomorrow.

You may as well sit on the cash in an interest-bearing savings account until the bill is actually due. It might only add up to a couple bucks over the course of your minting efforts, but that's more than you started with.

Had a great dinner at Cut in Palazzo. Kobe steak with order of tempura onion rings. Yum.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - I think the dollar coin thing is not worth the effort. I'd have to get at least 200k miles/year to even remotely consider it.

+1.

Sounds like too much work.

I could easily rack up 3k spg points and get a free night out of it.
