I would bike/walk to work (or take public transit) if I worked in Downtown. I currently live 3/4 of a mile from work and fill up my car every other month.

When I lived in Houston, I rode a bike to work, school and post-graduate training for 10 years. However, now I am in Ohio and drive about 500 miles a month in the rural parts. I have to get my exercise elsewhere.

I'd take more the belynch approach here. I said I threw it out. If MR BL did - we would have issues ;)

Here's one for the box. With the MM program, I have a dilemma. MR BL goes to pick up his daughter when she comes to IAH for longer breaks. So he flies IAH-LAX and turns around LAX-IAH then does the return when he takes her back. What we've done in the past is done one mileage and one revenue so that we don't get hit with the same day RT fee. OWs price out over $500. So any ideas how to do this legally other than taking a partner airline when he's solo? CO's making so much more money than they would with the UM fee, but I guess rules are rules. Thanks for any help.

I had that happen to me in SGN. I thought I had enough reading material with me. I couldn't wait until I got to TPE and bought almost everything in english there was ;)

I'm blaming that one on the blackberry. Time for a cocktail so I'll have a different excuse next time. ;)
Side note, Copa isn't that bad.

I despise you, as well.

Use http://mobile.flyertalk.com from your BB. Much easier to navigate, IMO.

I like the morning Copa flight from JFK. Breakfast and back to sleep until somewhere over the Gulf. Not bad at all, other than the 4:45am car to JFK.

Bummer about the books. But if you want designer fashion, perfume or handbags they have plenty of options.

I think I just completely lost my mind. Since there is a screw up with the fuel surcharges on LHR-LAX, I am thinking of nesting some trips. My final routing would be LHR-MSP(2HRs)-LAX(5hr layover)-SYD

A. Is 7hrs of layover enough time to pull this off?
B. Is it just too crazy even for us(FTrs) to put a TATL and a TPAC in the same 36hr period?
