While I agree with that, I don't think it's fair to the customers who might be displaced. By all means try to get volunteers, but if that fails, and folks have to stay behind, I'd throw out there the carrier has an obligation to provide amenities (i.e. a hotel if it's overnight) for the customer, depending on the delay.

How do SPG upgrades work as a Gold? Are they nonexsistent? The room at the Sheraton Gunter but they view out the window is a brick wall and the room is connected to two other rooms.
