I crunched some numbers earlier and based on the plethora of branded hotels, redeeming points and free weekend nights will be infinitely easier in Hawaii over Croatia. I'll table that trip for when CO is a member of the Star Alliance and we can actually fly to a destination I want to go to in Croatia on points.

I never thought I'd be saying this, but Hawaii was just about the cheapest nice trip we could take.

Depending on when you are going, you may want to consider the Starwood Free nights promo. I just redeemed two free nights in July at the Maui Westin Resort. :D

Go for it and yes, you will trump all the elites on the list as you are a displaced F passenger.

That is only if you can convince the agents to put you on the list.
It took 5 different agents for me on tuesday morning in IAH after coming in on CO52 from EZE.

I bought a new computer last week and had 3-5 day delivery. It is now the 5th day and looks like it won't actually arrive until tomorrow or Saturday. Even if the 3-5 day is "business" days, it's still over. To add on top of that it looks like the computer sat in IND from 3am CST to about 15 minutes ago.

Apple looks to be the culprit though because the shipping drop-off date was a day later than what they said...

You get your shipping charges refunded. But that only goes to the sender, not the recipient. And it is only if the time in transit is off. FedEx has an estimated date of delivery on the tracking page. What is it? The 3-5 day bit sounds like an Apple claim, not that of the courier. I've never seen an estimated delivery date from any of the big couriers that is a range rather than an exact number.

You're not late yet; the wedding isn't until Saturday.

Did I just get lucky or has anyone else experienced this recently....flew back from MAN last Thursday, plane is 95% full and somehow I end up with 16ABC on the 757. Fly back out to LHR on Wednesday of this week and end up with 16DEF on a plan 97% full.

God I miss cooking properly. It's a shame I never learned to chop things quickly as I'm afraid of chopping my fingers off (I know, curl you fingers under)

I had a great few days there and the main reason I went was that it was a cheap stay. Well I also wanted some place warm and sunny with a beach.

FedEx has the package listed with an estimated delivery date of today.
