The NHL Awards show had Chaka Khan and Robin Thicke singing an opening.

I am working on rotating the pantry - cereal with shelf-stable milk, meatballs with pasta sauce (but no pasta). Oh, and beer.

I wonder if the Versus production people ever paused to think that the way Palms lit the room for the awards would throw awful blue light artifacts all over almost everyone's faces.

VS is owned by Comcrap. With Comcast's low production values, I'm guessing they didn't think things through. Then again, they could have outsourced the production

Perhaps we could do it at some sort of cooking school in a fun destination.

That is a great idea. Maybe pick a spot local to NJ/NJ ;)

I'm up for that! We'll have to look at some dates/destinations for the fall.

I am either on days or evenings for the fall, so that is no problem for me.

I am afraid to chop my fingers off too. It just feels akward to curl your fingers under so I go slow.
