Apparently the fare is avail IAH/DFW/SLC/MSP.

With WN starting MSP service, PHL-MSP may be a good positioning option.

Sounds like my extra days off may come in handy!

Sorry about the job situation, Mackieman. Hopefully, it's short lived.

Was getting ready to purchase one in January with connection at SFO until the return was a one-stop in DEN. Not really wanting to chance DEN in January.

So far I'm not able to pull up weekend flights for same fare in March or May.

Well, I asked one of my colleagues who's husband is really high up in the NYC law system if he could review the contract. He came back and said this is one of the most poorly written contracts he has seen and he wouldnt sign it no matter what the offer was. He said it basically locks the teacher into the contract but provides provisions for the school to let her go "at will." Basically if we moved she could be liable for damages of breach of contract.

She just called and declined the offer:rolleyes:

We have a couple more leads in the city then I'll consider moving upstate. (Thanks belynch)

But IRROPS are a 1Ks friend. :D

I'd chance it, what's the worse that happens? They have to put you on a LAX/SFO flight and you request original routing credit?

 Once you are certified to teach (whether through the ACP program or otherwise), aren't you paid the same as any other certified teacher having the same experience level?

Yeah, I guess. Just worried about getting back to work and such.

I wonder why UA is going after CO. Shouldn't they be focusing their efforts on the World's Premier Airline

They have to go at each other still because the deal isn't done.

Yes they can.

What if you are coming from one city and the other person from another city.

My friend and I on Saturday are flying from OKC-IAH and SAT-IAH and then onward on IAH-SEA (hopefully with directTV like the flight as today) :).

They may be trying to show the government how they will give the customer the best value even though it means trying to undercut within the alliance.

If you guys are referencing the thread that I think you're referencing, I just have this to say: if telling the truth gets you sent to PLI, that's a hell of an example to set.

Why do hotel lounges always seem to have the TV on Fox News or ESPN?

Lounges always seem to have CNN on, in my experience.

It is just the continual off topic nature.

I am an admin on another board, not as large as this one, but have to give warnings to people over continually going off topic. I'd not recommend in most cases taking each topic to golf, it isn't going to make friends.
Understand where I am coming from in this, I fully agree with you on the situation, but be cautious in the way.

I've seen FNC, CNN, Headline News, and CNBC on in various lobbies and lounges.

I thought they were supposed to be getting all chummy chummy too and not fight like little kids.
