Anyone for a last minute meet (or do) tonight at one of these? Sounds good to me! Damn, the pregnant s/o won't approve of this activity. I have to drop off the rental car to Advantage this evening, so I'll be in the northern areas, so the one in Spring may be worthy.

As a Miler I resent that. Or were you just talking about the beer? :p

Just the beer. You don't seem that bad. :p

I would so be up for it if I wasn't heading to the airport in 00:40 to hop on a plane to SEA.

Too bad there's not one in Lubbock. That could make my frequent work trips there a lot more interesting.

But you do have the drive through liquor stores out in Lubbock. The only thing I miss about those is the prices compared to NYC grocery stores. Last night I bought a 6 pack of Miller Lite and they wanted Ten bucks and change for it

Yeah that thread is actually the reason I didn't get Ambien for my trip to Japan last summer.

I haven't taken Ambien on a flight since reading that thread! Sorry for chiming in so late. BTW, there are drive through Margarita places in OMA.

Went to Hill Country BBQ last night. Yum food but so overpriced (like most of Manhattan.) I paid $4 for a jar of iced tea (actual tea, not of the Long Island variety.) They wanted $18++ for a six-pack of PBR, $20 for a six-pack of LoneStar.

Role Model for Kids

Is it me, or does the occupation of the father fit this story to a T?

How does Auntie Britney sound? Little sis Jamie Lynn Spears, 17, gave birth to a baby girl via C-section Thursday morning at a south Mississippi hospital.

According to media reports, the newborn's name is Maddie.

The father is Casey Aldridge, a pipe-layer from Liberty, Miss. The couple are not married but announced an engagement several months ago. Jamie will be of legal age next April.

Pipe-layer. Tee hee. Cue immature laughter.
