Baglady Jr has cleared a whole bunch of times because she was a Plat Companion rather than her own Gold status.

And remember, when Baglady Jr clears, it means Plus1 sits in the front.

Let's make that one a definite. There is only an insignificant chance that we would be forced to leave town mid-month. Definitely more definite than we are right now for Shogun 27 which is still only highly probable.

Unfortunately, this damn recession is a pure pain in the butt. For the last six or eight years we just sat back, fat, dumb, and happy and needed to do very little to keep things on an even keel. But things have changed dramatically in the last six months and we are continually needing to put out fires and help out where help is needed.

So we are having trouble making positive commitments more than a few weeks in advance but will make every effort to work around those two dates of May 30 and June 13. So let's find out how many would like to join us and then I will be able to find a suitable place depending on the size of the group. Even though it is off season, we will need a bit of lead time for a Saturday night.

BTW, as usual, Marty had no chance on that first Carolina goal.

How do you pull content off of the DVR? I have an extra drive plugged into the DVR, but my understanding was that it would be no go on a computer.

I have been successful in burning CD from DVR content, but I'd rather go from DVR to HD in one step.

The person who got the upgrade, but is not taking it to stay with their companion just gives their seat assignment to a random person instead of telling the GA to give the seat to the next elite. Suck-fest.

No problem re: commitments - I only asked again because I've posted questions and the poster just missed me asking.

I may or may not have car access on that trip - I wasn't planning on renting, but in a pinch I've got the Grandmamobile. Will PM you some details closer in to the date. We're flying down in the morning, so a dinner Mini-Do is perfect.

She's in Deerfield, not far from the intersection of Hillsboro and Powerline. I'm partial to a few places on Federal Highway that I grew up going to.

Very good. That gives us all of South Palm where I know most of the places from Boca Raton to Delray Beach.
