This is my July 1 outbound. The agent on the phone says "You will clear ... no problem." Perhaps I should have taken name, rank, and SS number! I guess I put her on the list for the upgrade first and since only 1 seat became avaliable she got it. :( If mine doesn't come through I will be inventing a new CO policy that states: "If an elite uses their miles to upgrade a companion and in return their upgrade doesn't clear, the companion must give the upgrade to the elite" Sounds fair to me!

The :rolleyes: of some people. Some "elite" has stuck their fat:rolleyes: in my row (yes I own it :p) and ruined my lie flat coach seat from MAN. It's not like they're 8 completely empty "premium" rows they could have picked much less the as well as the 10 "non-premium" lie flat rows.:mad: I'll doubt you'll even look out the window and have the shade closed the entire flight.

I think the phone agent was right. I thought you knew the first rule of Elite Status is "it's all about me!"
