I think we broke it. There's a thread on the Technical issues reporting it. Looks like the database isn't indexing for the last hour.

I think FT is having an attack of the
I was wondering why it seemed that nothing had been posted for the past 2 hours. The "New Posts" search also isn't working which says to me that IB is trying to do whatever it is they've been promising to do to update the search functionality. And it makes sense to do it at 5pm PST since that is after hours, right??

Yikes. Bizarro world. I knew I couldn't be the only person on here ;)

How'd you get the quote feature to work?

cheepneezy Feb 23, 2009 6:26 pm

I'm assuming he just cut/paste. There's no link info to the actual post.

WHy would you want to go to Las Vegas? ;)

I actually have a reason desire to be in Vegas in the coming months but having to hold back on buying tickets. Trying to be good but then again my friends and former work associates are there. Hope yall get to go!

I did just copy/paste for my "quote" before. And I could cheat it and include the special text to add the blue arrow link back to CM's original post but I'm too lazy for that.

Besides, I'm busy stressing over how the heck I'm going to find ANYTHING once I get to Tokyo. And where I should stay. Forget specific hotels; I'm lost trying to figure out the neighborhoods.

As if the $400 voucher from Delta for taking a bump last Friday wasn't enough, they rebooked me into Y class for the new flight. The miles just posted this evening, and sure enough, 150% EQMs! Not that it's a huge deal on a flight of less than 500 miles, but that turned this 0 EQP/500 EQM roundtrip (on a 50% EQM fare class) into a 0 EQP/1,000 EQM trip.

Given the bump history I've seen before on some of the ASA flights out of BTR, I might be willing to suck it up and take the nonstop ATL-BTR CRJ rather than the connection on CO a little more often.

They only have to be mailed by January 31. They don't have to be delivered by the end of January. And if you didn't leave the new address with them, then it was likely delayed by the post office.

Even if you stopped working there in 2007, if your last check was received after January 1, 2008, it counts as 2008 income, not 2007 income. The IRS's constructive receipt rules state that it's when the money is received, not when it's earned, that counts.

I always thought it had to be in our hands by Jan 30. Learn something new in the box everyday.

Well, where should I start. There is gambling, drinking, gambling, great food, gambling, warmth, drinking, Mesa Grill, gambling, drinking, and Charlie's.

'Nuff said.

No kidding! Talk about an intimidating/confusing city...

I'm curious to see what getting around Seoul will be like. Well, assuming CO/KE gets us there...

Oh right yall are tourists out there. :) Just kidding. As a former local of Las Vegas I tend to avoid the strip even when I visit. To me it is not a part of the city. I hang at the local casinos if I gamble. Las Vegas is a different world once you have lived there. Although I would go back to hang out with friends!
