In other news, if rolov isn't too busy getting his haircut in the VS lounge, he might appreciate this.

What way are you going to PHL that involves Center City?

Wow, after $700 and spending most of the day having my car worked on, it's like new again! After three years I've barely hit 26,000 miles, but it was definitely time for the alignment and brakes to be worked on, as well as replace the key that was lost (that was only $125  thanks to the security system), and get the oil changed. I felt like I was driving a brand new car home from the dealership on the way home.

Oh, and since a few of you have asked offline, yes my mood is better today. :p

Well actually just fighting I-95 traffic. I use to do that everyday going into Center City until I switched to PATCO and later SEPTA.

Yep, that's how to determine the registration number.

I'd list it as 767-200ER, simply because Boeing does distinguish the ER as a separate type from the 767-200. Within the CO fleet, all the 767s are ER series planes, but there is always the possibility someone will scrounge up an old 767-200 (non-ER) on another airline. Within the ERJs and 739s, CO operates different variants, so the ER (or XR/LR/EP for the ERJ) is relevant.

Yes. I would list it as a "Boeing 767-200ER." So far, we have been designating manufacturer and type. I wouldn't go so far as listing it as a "Boeing 767-224ER" the "24" is simply a Boeing customer designation, and the a/c is otherwise identical to all other 767-200ERs.

Nice! ^

Of course, you've reminded me that I really should have my brakes worked on, but I really don't want to kill a Saturday at the repair shop.

I'm working from home this week, so it's kind of been a rush to get chores done that I normally don't have a chance to do. The car thing has been needed for a while, and I was getting tired of it telling me every time I turned in on how overdue the oil change was (I was about 225 miles over). Fortunately our Honda place has a great waiting area, with free wifi that's actually fast and has a decent amount of bandwidth. I had a very productive work day while waiting for the car to be fixed as a result.
