The venerable Knife and Fork Inn in downtown ACY serves Kobe sliders. Three to an order, one each with bleu cheese, pepperjack, and something else that is escaping me right now. I'm not sure that I get the schtick behind Kobe - vodka is supposed to taste like nothing, but not beef.

ETA: Woohoo! Reply 21,000. Blackjack!

I've been told it 'melts' in your mouth, maybe I was being to literal, but I didn't find that to be the case. It was good, though.

The few that I've had did melt in my mouth which was why it was getting to be too much after half a steak. Nice pic BTW. Now I'm really hungry.

Nein! We do not bake our steaks!

?

By doing the searing the steak on the stove and then putting it in the oven, you are essentially doing what you would over a grill, without smoking up the kitchen.

No kidding. I had to order a second to make up for it.

BSL-PWM :p and ISP-BSL and PWM-ISP.

I'm really torn. If I could could get my post-flight physical done a hair more quickly I'm pretty sure I could get to EWR and make a flight to FLL that would have me miss, at most, only one quarter. But I just don't know.
Do it! It's a unique enough experience that it's worth missing a quarter of a game.

Thanks for the update! Hopefully the snow holds off until after I get there. Sitting at IAH now.

Nothing beats a PClub shower after an early morning (yes, I consider 730a to be early morning) flight. ^

You should make it before it gets too nasty. If you're staying at the Sheraton, say 'hi' to the ex-teamster shuttle driver.

I could kill Bernie Madoff and his entire family right now:mad::mad::mad:... Long story short, one of our fund of funds we invest in had a very small allocation to him and I have been made the contact person regarding this.

No. Ballgames are every year. Look at your calendar and spot the next time that you'll snag a G-IV.

Yeah but its not always the case that your team goes to the National Championship.

I really wish the kid orchestra in the terminal outside the bar would quit torturing those cats. It's starting to get REALLY annoying.

That sucks, bud. I can only imagine the calls your getting.

I'm that case, shame on you for 6 weeks for not keeping your schedule open on that date to begin with.

You go to the game, no matter what the obstacle. I just canceled two hotel rooms in Miami yesterday after I finally admitted my team wasn't going to play there.

Is Tim Tebow going to declare this offseason?

So free may be ok, but is there any real benefit to paying for it?
