Sorry to hear that.

I have been craving a Manwhich all week. As someone who doesn't eat meat, this is an issue. I bought Morningstar farms faux hamburger; added the Manwhich sauce (which I am convinced is just ketchup) and toasted an onion bun. A few minutes later, I had the perfect Manwhich, which I complemented with a perfect Pom cocktail. I don't think I've had a Manwhich in the past 35 years or so and I'm good for another 35 :)

Oh geesh...now I have "A sandwich is a sandwich, but a Manwich is a meal” stuck in my head. I think you could probably put anything in there, but the term 'faux hamburger' does frighten me a bit. ;) Of course, once every 10 years I crave SpaghettiOs with those faux meatballs.

I had that craving on Monday. I could have sworn they use to taste better.

No, I'm pretty sure they never did. LOL :D

I was waiting for someone to pick up on that. I figured it'd be ConciergeMike. ;)

While I do indeed resemble that remark, I must say that I just now found out firsthand that what I always believed to be an urban legend is true: you can indeed make someone laugh so hard that they vomit. There's two of us in the room and it wasn't me.

There was a hot tea snorting incident caused by a raucous display of mirth at dinner just this very evening. I do not drink hot tea.

On several occasions I have taken too large a swig of coffee and had what my mouth couldn't handle shoot out of my nose. Been there and done that with hot chocolate also. A friend of an ex of mine claims that she shot back hot cocoa too hard once and (!!!) passed one of those mini-marshmallows out her nose.

That'll leave a mark...

We covered pee, poop, and drunkenness. Now it's on to the conquering of snot and puke. Onward and upward!

Sounds like a typical Friday night.

Sports roundup for the week:

My son scored his first soccer goal in today's game. Unfortunately it was called back due to the blind ref claiming he was off-sides.

He went in to score another goal but the defender, goalie and my son met in front of the goal, crashed into each other and all three left the field hurt. My son is fine but he did get cut on the throat and kicked in the knee.

And they won the game 1-0.

Sorry to hear. :( This economy blows. I am worried about my job, and I just started.
