That's what I did to get in to. I've bookmarked One Pass so I don't have to do it again. Still running sluggish but I've concluded that has to do with my pop up blocker being turned on.

They've been making money off of us all along. That's kind of what you get with a free service on the Internet these days... ;)

The post that previously appeared in this space has been deleted. I would provide you with a reason why, but doing so would likely be against the tos.

When it comes to speed of page loads, FT seems fine right now. It's possible that your computer is getting bogged down on the new Flash ads - you might want to try upgrading to the latest version of Flash.

First pictures of the newly painted NW 744 in DL colors.

That looks good.:( Better than the orginal paint job.

Morning, Box! Last of the Christmas shopping, and some photo printing/memory card dumping of my mother's camera. Yay.

Does the Human Fund have a way to earmark money to go to those who are classified as having a profound technological imapirment?? If so, please tell me where to forward the paperwork for my mother.

Now, not so much.

I certainly don't think the value of FT has been decreased as a result of these changes. Sure it is a bit of an inconvenience while they get things figured out, but the real value of FT is in the information.

I would never consider leaving the community just because of these recent changes.

Learn to love the "My FlyerTalk" functionality. I'm subscribed to ~10-12 fora, and when I go to My FlyerTalk I see just those. Super fast navigation.

I have the latest version but it clearly is the Flash ads. Biggest problem is when I type in the reply box, delay in text showing up on screen. Only happens on FT.

FT Premium. Yes, it costs $12 for 2 years (or your soul as a moderator), but FT is an order of magnitude faster. I was without for a couple weeks between the expiration of my account and adding the mod exemption and it was noticably bad.

Do you find that there is still a lag while the page is rendering the locations where the ads are supposed to be?

I have no qualms paying for FlightMemory Premium, or Flickr Pro, or many other web-based services. I will not send a penny of my money to InternetBrands until OMNI Post Counts are restored.

Shhh - don't give them any ideas. ;) I'm using ....... Plus - not sure if it's different.

I really just have it for FT as their Flash ads crank up the fans on my laptop (although, the Flash 10 beta helped that quite a bit!). I can usually deal with the ads on most other sites.
