My current problem is convincing her that there is value of time spent someplace that I have been that she has not. She'd rather have both of us go someplace new and see that together. I, however, am of the school of thought that my previous visits to someplace make it easier to have fun and do the trip right.
What's funny is that she doesn't care about the work travel, which is where I "experience" most new places, whereas MRs are usually spent in an airport. |

ETA: I forgot to say that she does indeed care about the destination. But that's a fine line, as there is a degree of geographical challenge to be overcome. She shot down the cheap PTY fares initially because the lack of a beach (:rolleyes:)...I'm still trying to get the message thru that one can lay on a beach anywhere, including, um, where we live. |

I would love to get to South Africa. I'd like to see CPT and JNB, and I really want to do a photo safari. As far as seeing other places, my focus is domestic for right now - there's plenty close by that I haven't seen that are short flights from here.
