Sorry - there is, indeed, a CH in BOS (but I have never been there, obviously).

Yes, I checked the VS website after I posted and discovered that it had opened. I guess I can stop avoiding outbound BOS-LHR flights on VS.

Yes, I saw it on my recent trip there. It is near the KE lounge and the downstairs (small) WorldClub, and a short walk from the escalators to the flaship new WorldClub. I have a photo of the entrance.
