If you get this when checking in on the front page of co.com, and your reservation is under "My Account", then try checking in by visiting your reservation.

I can't sign into CO's website when on my Blackberry. I tried checking in online many times from the BB and it wouldn't take my 1 Pass number. I can SEE all the questions and try to type in the answers, but it doesn't let me. Nothing shows up. I have no trouble with any other site, it even lets me check my reservations at Starwood. Anyone else have this trouble or is it something I should talk to TMobile about?

Has there ever been talk of CO updating their online route map? Static PDF files are terrible, something flash based would be a great improvement.

Strange temporary hiccup in my itinerary
CO Insider, feel free to PM me for my itin numbers if you feel this is worth following up. It fixed itself so it may not be. I still found it interesting.
Mrs. texd & I are going to MSY for Memorial Day weekend, but I'm going a day ahead of her (college baseball tournament) and she's taking Xjet down there (better schedule) and CO back on the same return as me. So I booked our flights on CO.com separately and looked for adjacent aisles to seat us in. There were none in the back so I booked myself in elite aisles that had adjacent empty seats.
Then I called the Elite line to move Mrs. texd up to the adjacent empties. While the agent had her flight itin open, I opened mine on CO.com so I could tell her the right seats. MSY-IAH, no problem; IAH-AUS she couldn't do because I had booked an Exit Row (because that was the only option for aisles when I booked).
When I looked at the flight in my itin on CO.com, it was now showing my flights as being MSY-IAH 5/26 but IAH-AUS 5/27 (still the same flights, so a 25+ hour layover). The agent checked my records and showed me as being all 5/26. I reloaded my CO.com itin and it still showed me on two different days. Reloaded one more time and it fixed itself.
As for seating, I just left her seat separate from mine and will hope I can get her companioned up (on a 735... yeah right.)

I recently added a traveler to my profile, and CO.com had changed my own default phone #s to the saved traveler's #s. It also wouldn't let me delete or edit said #s until after multiple attempts. Very annoying because I do use the SMS alerts and they would not have been going to my cell phone. Good thing I happened to notice!

OLCI not available when first leg is on another ST carrier
I recently flew EWR-CDG-NCE with the TATL portion on CO and the domestic CDG-NCE flight on Air France. When I did OLCI for the outbound flight, I received quite properly my boarding passes for both the CO and AF flights. When I tried to do OLCI for the return, it failed and CO.COM told me that was because my first return leg from NCE to CDG was on AF. I got my AF confirmation number on the phone from AF and tried checking in on their site to no avail.
I think this is a either a serious bug or lack of functionality affecting the many return flights from Europe that start with a partner flight. (1) Not to be able to do OLCI means having to arrive earlier at the airport to check in (if not checking luggage). (2) Until you actually check-in at the airport you do not have the ability to change our seat on your CO flight in the last 24 hours. That means you can't grab a better seat that became available through cancellation, upgrade, making disabled seats available for all, etc.
If a partner carrier is able to accept a CO OLCI boarding pass for an outbound flight from say CDG to NCE, why shouldn't they be able to do it in reverse?

Can't re Y-up on Changed Itenarary
I was supposed to be flying CRP-IAH-EWR on a y-up today, but had to change it to Monday. When I went to pick seats on the new flights, no option to re-y-up.

solved my own problem
Re: above post
Ok, solved my own issue.. you have to go to the view reservation screen, choose upgrade, then go back and pick seats.

New feature request:
I would really like an addition to continental.com's email notification options.
I'd like to have continental.com send me calendar invitations for all segments that I book. If I change a flight then send me either an update or to keep it simple a new invite.
I know there are various programs to sync travel schedules, etc. but this would just be so much simpler, and the format for the calendar invites are completly standardized across all of the email systems.
Thanks!
Scott

Non stop flights after 11/1 to TXL not shown on CO.COM
The title basically says it. Only connecting flights are shown from EWR to TXL for period after 11/1. Have they not been loaded? They show up in Sabre. There's a seperate thread on this also,

Where are the BF menus for EWR-LHR PM flights? I only see AM.

Combine Itineraries allows selection of a single entry. Probably shouldn't.
Feature request:
If you split a PNR, why not create a trip plan with the two new PNRs?

I am going to continue to report this until it gets fixed!
EUA emails going to my regular email, not the text message to my cell phone as specified in my profile.
I do get Trip Alerts to my cellphone text message. The Trip alert setting is set in a different place.
The profile area for the complete set of emails has a pull down menu to select the desired email, when you have multiple emails. In my case, the EUA's are coming to the first entry in the pull down menu - NOT the selected email which is the cell phone text with TEXT selected as the output, which is the 2nd one in the pull down menu.

This same thing happened to me. Although I fixed it a few months back. Also see my post before this. Can not get the EUA to go to cell phone. Trip Alert does go to cell phone, so cell phone address is good.
