Why not give this a try........

Ten plus years employed by a major Telecommunications Company. Experienced in inside and Outside Sales, small to large business Collections and currently an Executive level Customer Service Manager.

As my position is no longer permanent (open ended contract), I am seeking a direct hire position or possibly a long term contract matching any of my qualifications in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

I can offer dedication, exemplary written and verbal communication skills and a history of mileage runs and posting to Flyertalk to boot.

Thanks, and I am happy to forward my resume on request.

Just thought I'd add in here that my company is hiring a lot of people:
- software engineers and whitebox QA (Bay Area-based, Java-based, lots of openings for senior people and we may have a few junior and new-grad slots in dev soon. There are also some PM slots and enterprise tech support slots, although I have less of a sense of how many or what those involve.)
- a variety of sales, technical and functional consultants in North America and EMEA (P&C insurance industry experience required for some of those, and I think preferred for all of them.)

Great company; I've been here 5 years in engineering and internal IT.

Seeking Commercial Aviation Internship

Hello all. I am currently a student at Washington University in St. Louis majoring in Systems Engineering and Operations and Supply Chain Management. I have followed the Commercial Aviation industry extremely closely ever since I was 5, slowly learning about the nuances of such a complicated industry. (Much of what I know is thanks to FlyerTalk!) Now I hope to take the next step and work in the Commercial Aviation industry via a Summer Internship (paid or unpaid) any where in the United States.

Edit: I have already applied to Southwest.

PM me if you have any suggestions or would like to know more. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi - I'm looking for a finance position (legal or business) - currently in Chicago, but can relocate or travel up to 100%.

I'm currently an in-house counsel at the FDIC and have spent approximately the last ten years as a commercial restructuring / secured lending / bankruptcy / insolvency attorney in private practice. I am also a MBA candidate concentrating in finance.

My term at the FDIC ends in the 2Q 2013, so its never to early to start looking and networking!

Ideally, I would like to work for a private equity firm or investment bank that specializes in distressed opportunities. I am open to business and legal positions, or a combination of both.

If you work in this area, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you to learn more about your field.

Thanks

Shot in the dark, but perhaps someone could offer some guidance:

This summer (Mid May-Early Sept) I am interested in offering my assistance to individuals interested in a travel companion/travel assistant/EA while flying, etc to help navigate through airports, provide assistance where needed with booking, seat changes, gate changes, entrance into the Admirals Club (I am a member) etc. Travel can be both international or domestic, personal and/or work related.

Any help would be appreciated! Specific info or questions can be given upon PM.

Seeking Expert Award Bookers To Call Airlines

Am establishing a service that will book award tickets.

We are looking for one or two contractors who are passionate FT whizzes extremely familar with what it takes to book award tickets--and who have excellent communication skills. The task is simply calling the airlines to make the bookings and ticket the reservations--and then get back to the client. In some instances we need the contractor to help a client do transfers such as from a credit card to their frequent flyer account.

We already have some expertise using technology to find open award seats, but if you have those skills as well--that would be a value-added plus.

There is no problem with you having a day job--we are open to flex time that includes evenings and/or weekends.

Payment is based on an agreed amount per booking, which may vary from one to as many as 10 passengers (but most commonly 1-4).

Please PM if interested. I am away for the next four days--but will respond early next week.
