I thought a lot of consulting companies had their employees front their own expenses (even with company-issued credit cards) but I guess it's a smaller number than I thought.
Company credit cards can be billed directly to the employer, with the employee never seeing a bill; or paid by the employee, usually tracked by the company and reimbursed via the expense report process. Regardless, the employer is guaranteeing the card

This is not always the case. My old company paid for our AmEx corporate card fees but we were on the hook for the payments; they were not.

You paid directly and got the bill, but they go for the company if you disappear on a corporate card

Not always. I have worked for a US Fortune 10 company and a UK megabank and both times its been personal liability for the corporate card.

Again, until you default otherwise it would be a personal card

I'm looking to hire award booking experts. If you are savvy at finding award space, even if only for your airline/alliance, and you want to make money off that skill, let me know.

I have a fast growing award booking business and I'd like to hire savvy FTers who can help me meet the growing demand. Pay is based on successful bookings and is quite competitive- especially if you are good at what you do.

Email me at my handle @gmail.com and let me know your area of expertise or if you have any questions.

Hi.

I am available for writing, copyreading, copywriting, and proofreading jobs. Last-minute and short-term assignments are no problem for me.

Since 1983 I have helped my wife edit her scientific papers and grant applications, and she is now a full professor at the University of Chicago in the Medical School, with millions of dollars in grant funding.

Technical writing is a specialty. I have a chemistry degree from Princeton and was in the computer business for about 11 years.

Thanks!

Check out the JetBlue jobs site. They generally have a few positions open in their network group that might fit your qualifications. None are straight help-desk that I've seen but there are many that are possibilities which might work, depending on your particular skill set.

Other than that, I haven't seen too many IT positions in NYC in the airline industry.

Good luck!

Hello,

I am currently looking for a challenging position so that I may better use my diverse background and experiences.

I have 4 years experience in a management role at a Well Know Education and Test Preparation center.

I have worked as a Law clerk, a Student Advocate, and I have top notch research and analytical capabilities.

I decided to put my third year of law school on hold and I am pursuing my law degree via distance education while looking to launch my full-time career as something other than an attorney.

Any tips, recommendations, or pointers to where I can perform my search would be great. I am looking to work in Austin, TX or Washington D.C

Hello,

I was recently laid off and am looking for a new job around Chicago.

I use to work at Allstate Insurance as a Financial Analyst. Prior to that I interned at a Boutique Investment Bank and at Northern Trust. I have a strong background in Finance and am extremely entrepreneurial.

My degree is in International Business. I graduated in 3 years with honors.

At this point I am really open to anything. If anyone has any leads for any jobs around Chicago or anywhere really, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks
