Hi - I'm looking for a finance position (legal or business) - currently in Chicago, but can relocate or travel up to 100%.

I'm currently an in-house counsel at the FDIC and have spent approximately the last ten years as a commercial restructuring / secured lending / bankruptcy / insolvency attorney in private practice. I am also a MBA candidate concentrating in finance.

My term at the FDIC ends in the 2Q 2013, so its never to early to start looking and networking!

Ideally, I would like to work for a private equity firm or investment bank that specializes in distressed opportunities. I am open to business and legal positions, or a combination of both.
