Who Will this Job Appeal To?
Maximizes overall hotel revenue through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies.
Creates and maintains accurate month to month, quarterly and yearly forecasting
Analyzes and optimizes distribution channels for maximum benefit of penetration.
Analyzes city events and activities and projects the effect of opportunities they create.
Monitors competitive rates and positioning and performs analysis.
Completes annual hotel room revenue budgets and RevPar index goals.
Identifies and interprets market demand
Analyzes competitive hotel information and strategies
Develops, implements, monitors and controls rate strategies and plans
Develops action plans to counteract any market changes
Actively participate in weekly revenue meetings
Analyzes End of Month Reports and compiles Revenue Management Recap
Contributes to website content and maintenance
Manages property participation and production through 3rd Party Internet sites and other distribution channels
Travel.
Requirements
Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
The individual must possess:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook & Delphi
Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
Demonstrate ability to lead by example
Excellent time management skills
Starwood, Marriott, Hilton or IHG training preferred.
