^As someone who lives in the recruiting sphere... if you aren't on LinkedIn you are missing out.... KathyWdrf is spot on with her recommendation plus a large number of employers are using it for active and passive / confidential searches.

Well I hate having to post here again but after losing my job yesterday I guess it can't hurt.
I have a B.A. in History and English Literature from Arizona State University and now six years experience in customer service positions. In addition to that, I have five years experience in sales positions. That includes two years of outside/inside sales experience with electrical supplies and three years outside/inside sales experience in car rental. I was recently a car rental agent at an independent rental car company in Durham, NC. I also have experience in collections and accounting.
I am not picky about where I work, I'll respond to all offers. Travel is obviously okay as is relocation. Please PM me if you have any openings.

Hello,
First time posting here but I have been looking for work since September and haven't had luck so I decided to post here.
I'm a 25 year old male from New Hampshire, USA looking for entry level work.
I have a dual degree in History and International Affairs.
I studied in Japan in 2007.
I have a TESOL (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages) certificate.
I have advanced skills in the Japanese language: reading/writing/speaking.
I worked in Japan for the last two years teaching.
I'm looking for a job that can hopefully utilize my international mindset. I'd like to work with foreign people or companies because that is what I enjoy. I had to work with Japanese coworkers, young adults, and children while in Japan and enjoyed every experience. I had to work with new immigrants to Canada while teaching in Vancouver last spring which enhanced my love for international understanding.
I'm not exactly sure what job I want yet and that's why I'm in the place I am. I've been looking at government jobs from my friends recommendation, mainly in the foreign service sector, but nothing as materialized. I know I want to work with a group that share the same feelings I do for the world and the people that live in it and hopefully I'll get a break soon.
This is my Linkedin page for a little more about me and a picture :P

If any questions need to be answered please private message me and I'll be back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks for reading.

been a while since I posted in this thread... ironically, haven't had a real job since I last posted here, which is a bit crazy I guess... its been a few years.
but since the last time I posted I've done a little travel... lived in Australia for a year, Singapore for half a year and another half year in New Zealand.
instead of working I've been volunteering a lot doing safety in motor sports.... thanks to flyer talk have been able to do some cool events, going for another one this weekend in Austin.
was thinking of starting my own business actually that is somewhat travel related
if anyone has any experience and wouldn't mind offering some free advice boy would I be glad to hear it. I'd like to offer some support services for sport fans travelling to motorsport events around the world. Definitely not targeted at the masses as it only covers a very niche client base... but the pie is big and I just want a little slice so I can keep doing what I started recently.
anybody else in Motorsports?

College Grad with Science Degree ready to Travel
Hello all,
I am about to graduate this May (2013), from a private credible university with a Biochemistry degree. I have worked at the university in the Chemistry Dept. working with many chemicals and doing lots of prep work and chemical inventory. I would love a job that allows me to utilize my degree and skills that involves traveling 75% or more of the time. Any information is much appreciated!
