I'm flying CX J in mid-Nov HKG-LAX. I see from the most recent menu post (CX881 LAX-HKG, I'll assume it's the same in either direction) that both entrees include some pork.
I don't necessarily want a special meal to avoid pork, but I won't eat pork. In J will ordering a special result in a lesser quality food, or does CX have specials that are comparable to standard meals of that class of service? I could order Hindu or Kosher to avoid pork, but it's not my preference.
