This thread gives the current catering options for the Galleries First Lounge (Flounge) in LHR Terminals 3 and 5. This lounge is open to BAEC Gold and oneworld Emerald card holders. Passengers flying BA on a First ticket can also use the Concorde Room. The catering supplier was changed on 2 May 2013 to BaxterStorey. Click here to see the former thread, which covered that turbulent period.
The T3 lounge is identical to T5 in terms of food and drink options. However there is no Concorde Room in T3 so from 18:30 hrs there is a pre-flight dining option for First travellers, see here for more details.
The current catering options in the First lounge can be found in the first post in the thread, or you can click here. Currently lounge menus are not always on display in the lounge, but this link may be your best bet to see the options.

There were not very many last night either, but I only grabbed one to check there was nothing I fancied (there wasn't) and just dumped back on the only table that I saw with a menu.

I didn't see any of these from BA earlier. At CX they'll even toast them for you!
I was all alone in the Flounge for an hour this morning, I joked that I'd have my work cut out to eat all the fried food.
Happy Easter

Menus are still pretty elusive! I think I spotted two or three across the entire lounge area. If it helps with finding them, they're in a book now with a black flowery patterned cover...
Menu itself is mostly the same as what corporate-wage-slave posted earlier, although it shows a beef-and-potato curry instead of the lamb curry...
EDIT: Just spotted a bunch of menus underneath some magazines/newspapers on the bookshelf in the dining area. It's on the right side just as you enter the dining area. Maybe that's where they're all hiding!

I’ve never had that much difficulty finding a menu. Occasionally you need to ask another guest who has one on their table that they are not using. Nothing too dissimilar to many other places that don’t have menus on every table.

There are some very odd drinks in the Flounge at the mo. There used to be gorgeous gin but now it is cranberry spritzer, rhubarb & cardamom soda and raspberry & apple water. I think folk are clinging to the fever tree band wagon. My advice is to get off it, and stick to investment banking.

sorry my dear there is still the ordinary gin, Bombay S and Gordons. There is just no special gin but loads of sickly mixers. My son would love the dandelion and burdock but I dont!

Not to mention that they use those sponsored counters with promotional gins but don't replenish them when the run out. I was forced to minesweep the dregs from various near-empty bottles in order to get a measure of the speciality gin the other day.

I'm passing through GF soon, sounds like I only have a short time to learn to like gin!
(Assuming of course the promotion returns!)

The rhubarb drink was OK, but wouldn't really go out of my way to drink any of them. Personal taste I suppose.
Gluten free dessert wise, none of these the other day:
