Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

The Bellagio and Mandarin Oriental both have 4th night free promotions occuring later this year.

I previously searched rates at the Mandarin Oriental about a month ago, and I saw a blue FHR special offer banner underneath the rates to indicate that they qualified for the 4th night free promo

When i try to lookup dates at either the Bellagio or Mandarin Oriental today, I don't see the 4th night free banner under any rates at either hotel. The stay I am searching for is for 4 nights, within the promotion period outlined by the FHR offer terms

Am I doing something wrong? Is anyone else having the same issues?

edit: Strange. I am seeing the banner come up for the Mandarin Oriental, but I am still not seeing it at the Bellagio

Are you clicking through to the room selection page for the Bellagio?

For some hotels, not all the rooms qualify for the Xth night free, and if the cheapest room doesn't qualify, Amex won't show the free night on the Hotel list page.

I had this problem looking at the 2 hotels in Kaua'i for later this year.

Anyone know if we're allowed to use "invited/vip" check in. Is this something that's actually stated in the reservations or are people just using it? Normally, vip is for casino guests on promos or RFB

Bellagio is Invited Guest line. They have a different check-in area for their high-level players that's coded on their reservation.

I understand most hotel/casinos have an invited guest-line however my question is does a AMEX FHR booking allow one to use that line?

Guests staying under FHR reservations are allowed to use the Invited Guest line at the Palazzo. (It says so on the welcome letter.)

So I've got one more question. Does Amex email/mail your confirmation letters? I see it in my reserved trips, but how does the hotel actually pull it up?

At Bellagio, some suites include Chairman's lounge check in and access. To verify, ask agent when making FHR reservation.

During my last visit, the lounge dragons clearly explained to me that the VIP lounge is not the same as the Chairman's lounge while escorting me out. Looked like the same food so no great loss.

I recently booked the Wynn Tower Suite through AmEx FHR. Wynn already has complimentary breakfast for two at Tableau included with the room. Is that means that I can use FHR for a very early morning breakfast in my room with the FHR breakfast credit. Then Wynn's complimentary breakfast from Tableau later in the morning? Anyone stayed in the Wynn Tower Suite can comment? Thanks,

I would assume you only get 1 breakfast credit per day. The value is up to $80 total for two people. You charge the dining (Whether it be the room or the restaurant) to the room and it's taken off the bill. I just stayed at Encore last weekend under the FHR.

When you arrive you'll get an envelope explaining it. There are 6 places on the Wynn/Encore resort that are available to you:

In-room dining at the Wynn
In-room dining at the Encore (obviously this doesn't apply for you)
Wynn Buffet (went 1 of the mornings..)
Tableau at the Wynn
Jardin at Encore (this is where we went 2 of the 3 mornings). I thought it was really great.
Can't remember the last place but it's at the Wynn

All the breakfast locations are listed in the Wiki at the top of this thread.

Sadly, since the Tower rooms have a breakfast credit, the FHR credit is a little less valuable. Although the Tower breakfast is a much smaller menu, whereas the FHR breakfast is the full menu with a cash credit applied, so it's much more flexible.

Wynn makes up for this by almost always upgrading you to a Parlor suite - and Tower room bookings don't pay the Resort fee.

Be sure to call to make a booking at Tableau - maybe Jardin too. Even 20-30 minutes ahead can help. From 8am, there's likely a wait for a table. At the buffet and Terrace Point cafe, Tower Suites customers get to use the Invited Line to reduce your wait.
