You need to either choose another airline for this reimbursement, or cleanse your AMEX profile of NJ addresses and phone numbers, and possibly your AA profile as well.

Characterizing as "buried" advice about NOT doing over $100 in one transaction, or even on one day (since sometimes separate transactions are combined for billing purposes), isn't quite right, you know.

Award ticket fees
Has anyone gotten the close-in award booking fee reimbursed lately? I know the regular taxes/fees on award tickets are not included as I've had several from $5 to $50 within the past few months that have not been reimbursed.
