As of this afternoon, I can log into eUp and could (presumably) upgrade myself, but the system has lost my eup nominee information and clicking on the (re)add nominee link does nothing, attempting to execute the nonexistent script a.js. So I still had to call in to upgrade my wife.

Yeah, mine lost my nominee too a while back. It seemed to correlate with the change over to two factor Auth.

Okay, trying to book some Flight Pass flights and am seeing a "Reserved Credits" error on both the iOS app and the web site.
A simple round trip, fare class is available on both legs and I have lots of credits.
Has anyone seen this kind of error before?

After you select a flight in the booking flow, it reserves the credits for 15 or 30 minutes. If you cancel the flow "properly" (I'm not sure this is possible everywhere), it releases them immediately. If you just close the window/app, you have to wait for the timeout.
The issue right now is that while the FP has enough credits (2) for the booking, there aren't enough unreserved credits to make the booking.
Try again in a few minutes.

I wanted to cancel a confirmed eUpgrade on a Lat FP.
Obviously, I called. She was struggling and said she had to do it a different way. I decided to pull up EF, and realized one of the flights was Y1 (and it's a 2pax PNR), so it shouldn't have been allowed, but she did it.
Call ended. I tried to do the comp-up in the app, but it just spun forever. I tried on the website, but I got an error even pulling up the PNR in the FP tool.
So I called, and they did it, and I hung up.
Then I tried to select seats, which worked fine in the app. Then I realized I had another friend on one flight, so I tried to move. App would error. Website said it wasn't completed on AC and I had to use the other tool. The other tool said it was a FP booking and I needed to use that tool. FP tool errored.
So I had to call a third time.

I'm on this flight on Friday October 25. Not Friday October 26.
The best part is that the data in the barcode also shows Oct 26, so security wouldn't let me through. Luckily I was presented with a boarding pass packet in SFO, or I would have had to run to check-in for them to print one.

After being logged in for 30 minutes, I often get the popup:
Your session timed out after 30 minutes of inactivity.

But because the session has timed out, that means that I have been logged out.
So how could the website perform the same search again for someone logged out?
Does the "REFRESH MY RESULTS" button work, ever, for anyone else?
