Flight pass app

Cannot complete a new flight pass booking on the app, nor on the website. Anyone else? Had to bail out of my LHR hotel in a hurry to get to the check-in desk before the 2-hr cut-off for cancelling a flight pass booking.

Why didn't you try calling? They can do it at T-1 minute. I know from experience

None. Aeroplan is the undisputed world leader in downtime!

(I wonder whether Skytrax has an award for that?)

No problems here either, and I'm not even using InCognito mode.

You need to clear cookies or go incognito.

The message is technically correct that it's a "client" problem, though it should be smart enough to handle cookies that it gave you.

I had that happened to me as well so I opened a new incognito window (in Google Chrome) and it worked.
Try that, perhaps that may work for you.

As for the Aeroplan I was able to login without an issue, try the incognito window if it still doesn't work for you.

Good luck !

I have been getting this way too frequently!

canadiancow I have cleared cookies a number of times, but got tired of doing it, so I just go incognito from now on.

That doesn't sound right. Try downloading a different browser like Firefox and see how that works. Sounds like there is something acting up with your Google Chrome. There was one time that I uninstall Chrome and reinstalled it and it seemed to work better.

Remember in the old days when IBM was their service provider for their website, how many times it kept saying that it was down for maintenance? lol. Ahhh the good ol' days.
At least it is still way better than the "Phoenix" payroll system at the Federal gov't. lol
