No they do not. It's not a cookie issue. He couldn't sign in anywhere. My point was more that a phone wouldn't work in general, because we can't separate two sessions on one device nearly as easily.

This was much easier when all I needed was his password

Nice to see that the Aeroplan maintenance was short tonight, from midnight EDT to 2:15 EDT... Except it's now 3:04 EDT and it still hasn't come back up

I was actually able to book something on the app at around 00:30 last night. Huh.

Looks like you are using Netscape Navigator 2.0, or maybe Mosaic?

Sadly not. That’s what I see on Chrome and Safari. Normal and Incognito mode. PC, Mac, and iPhone.

Sadly, yes. Late last night and again now this morning. Same browsers as you, plus also tried Edge on Windows, ditto.

I just checked and have no such issues. So, once again, AC is consistently inconsistent.

One day maybe all of this will be integrated into a single site / app that works across all platforms for everyone.

And the Canucks will win the Cup.

eUp is working for me, so I hope it's working for everyone else too.

If not, there are several other ways of doing it, such as calling in. Don't lose the R games because of this issue!
