Rookie here and this is my recent account activity for A3 while flying United class F fare:

I am only at Blue status, and I was wondering shouldn't I be at gold status since I hit 20000+ miles? Should I be contacting them?

Hey guys.

Just a quick update on my situation. A3 have credited my miles from the flight and I am now star gold! I never got a response from TG or A3 but they managed to get everything fixed so im happy.

I do have 1 question though. When i put my FF number into the flights i take on TG, only A3* is shown. No A3*G like everyone else. Still managed to get lounge access though. Anybody know why the G dosent show up? I usually put my FF number in during online checkin if that makes any difference?

Try adding it to your booking beforehand maybe.

I currently have 3260 Aegean miles. I have a trip in 2 days that will net me 4,010 Aegean miles and push me over the 4K tier for blue status. This trip is from EWR - MXP and is 8,020 miles in United K class.

If I credit these miles to Aegean, will the extra 3270 miles over the 4K tier be wasted or will they apply toward gold status? I just don't want to waste the miles on Aegean, as I can earn 8K miles if I credit them to united.

Apologies if this is answered already - I searched on "reactivate" and "cancelled" and found nothing.

I joined M&B in 2011, but ended up not crediting any flights for 2.5 years. Last month I tried to credit several flights to my account, but it appears I may have left my card so long it was cancelled.

The flights were valuable - is there any way to get A3 to reactive my card and credit the flights? Or do I have to give up and credit them elsewhere?

Edited to add: Response from Aegean was that I can only reactivate that card by crediting a flight from the period when it was still active. As I Had no un-credited flights lying around, I gave up. Will register for a new account next time I have a shot at Gold.

I have had 3 flights in the past 6 months with Thai and quoted my Aegeam FF number. Aegean have not credited me with any of them. Have sent 5 emails to Aegean support. Not one response.

Because sending them more emails makes them reply faster ^ good job.
There are some threads floating around for retroclaim problems with TG, read them.

Can you suggest how long we should wait for a response? I don't want to pester but also don't want to lose credits. (in my case, an inactive card I need addressed)

Conventional wisdom suggest that if you have something urgent, you should consider calling them.

Hi, guys, I have bought a ticket from Prague to Athens about 6mths ago for my trip in this coming June. I realized that there was a baggage policy change or something like that some time ago. I couldn't remember whether I bought a ticket which include free checked baggage, how could I check it?

I could see that my fare class is P for Prague-Athens-Prague, and Q for Santorini-Athens.

Please help.
