I traded seats with Jason Lee on UA839 today so that he could sit with his girlfriend on the long flight downunder.

Saw Ted Kennedy at the SFO RCC yesterday.
Earlier in the week when campaigning for the Obama campaign I read in the NY Times that he was flying a private jet, but in this case he was relaxing in the RCC and then he and his 2 companions were escorted to their gate by a UA special services representative.

An LAX agent said he was in their IFL earlier this week.
About 10+ years ago, I sat next to his (then new) wife SMF-ORD. She was very pleasant to talk to. I recognized her from pics....and it was not until several hours into the flight that she alluded to her husband.

Ellen Pompeo 1/30 in 2A on UA 50 from LAX to JFK. Was in the intl F lounge prior to flight and then watching Grey's Anatomy on board.

I watched as techie wunderkind Mark Zuckerberg from Facebook (apparently) was denied while trying to stand by for a United flight out of SFO last month. Funny thing is, there were plenty of seats back where I sat!

lol, I think it's funny that Ellen watched Grey's on the flight...wish I was on that flight, and yes, I know she was just married...a guy can dream, right?

For those of you who watch the Today show, I saw the "Blue" man (the guy who took some sort of aluminum and had his skin turn blue) in the gatehouse at ORD, UA690 the ORD-LGA trip on Thursday, Jan 31.
Shocker, the flight cancelled... don't know where he ended up.

Lots of celeb sightings.
1. Sean Penn - sat next to on a 757 SFO to LAX; he was coming from LHR through SFO. Nice guy.
2. Giovanni Ribisi - sat next across the aisle (2 - 2 - 2) on a 777 from ORD. He was asleep 100% of the time; literally!!!!
3. Kathy Ireland and entourage. She was a few rows up. ORD to LAX.
