HKG, heavy widebody maint and reconf (also heavy GUM 737 maint)
LCQ, All Airbus heavy and some medium heavy maint, Airbus mods
DLH, Airbus maintenance
SFO, Airbus D checks, heavy 772 maint, other maint.
IAH, light maint, slimlines on 73G
MIA, 753 ISP, 763 main/WiFi, some 757 maint,
MCN, 737 maint, slimlines, has done some 763 WiFi and maint
CWF, VCV, AMA, paint
XMN, 772 and 744 maintenance
PVG, 788 modifications/WiFi
MCO, maintenance, has done mods in past.
SEA, 77W, 739 new delivery induction, some 789s as well
DEN, 789 new delivery induction
HOU, 737 heavier maintenance, slimline seats

No, this is already a 2-class 763. Only the 3-class 763’s are getting the Polaris retrofit. At least for now. 2 others are currently being retro-fitted with Polaris seating.

Reported that 767-400 a/c 3052 was damaged at IAD on Thursday. Will be out of service for at least 14 days. Bad enough that they are flying in people from Boeing to look at it.

OK, another possible 30 A319s.

EasyJet has/had 132 A319s built between 2004 and 2011 all with CFM engines (not IEA engines that UA's has).

Air Berlin has/had 120 A320s with CFM engines.
