319:
N851UA - Scheduled to exit SFO on 25-Nov/1524
N854UA - Exited LCQ on 24-Nov/2773
N898UA (formerly B-6242 and next China Southern delivery) is showing up as delivered to UA as of 22-Nov but have not seen the usual flights through ANC to LCQ yet. Expect these flights within the next few days

738:
N76523 - Entered LCQ on 24-Nov/2780 for slimlines

E175:
N85358 - Entered service on 24-Nov/6037

Wifi enhacements: Has anyone heard when the Panasonic wifi enhancements work will begin. In addition to Panasonic adding satellites new controllers and WAPs will need to be installed in each plane. Something definitely worth tracking

319:
N851UA - Confirmed exit from SFO on 25-Nov/1524

738:
N76522 - Scheduled exit from LCQ on 25-Nov/2694 with slimines. However, the slimline configuration is the 16/48/102 config, not the standard 16/54/96 config for non-Sky 738s. This doesn't make sense and could be due to weekend website glitches that are common

73G:
N27733 entered MCO 2784/20Nov, potential slimlines

738:
N76523 entered LCQ 2780/24Nov for slimlines
Did some checking and N78524 also shows the 48E configuration. Assuming those starting with 76519 will be the 48E+ version. Unclear as to why one row is E+ on one config and Y on another as there seems to be no difference in space between the front door and overwing exits. For what its worth starting with N76519 those units are two years younger than the previous aircraft.

772:
N206UA exited XMN 2793/25Nov
N220UA entered XMN 2788/23Nov

Reason appears to be giving up on the “slimline” lavs that were originally part of the slimline process, but have proved to be unpopular. Without the slimmer lavs the extra row of E- seats becomes necessary.

The thing is that on the 738 there is no lav situation since the lav is in front of door 1L. It must be that UA isn't swapping out the galleys in front of F during reconfiguration - probably not worth it for 3" and one row of E+ vs. Y. Interesting that the closet shown prior to reconfiguration are shown as galleys on the slimline versions.

On the 739, they gave up on the slimline lav on the left side behind F as many 739s have 120 vs 117 Y.

The closet & galley in the front of the F cabin hasn't changed on the 738s at all in my experience, it's just the way they are marked on the seat map that makes it look confusing. The lavs in the back are what they slimmed down and looked to have stopped slimming down.

767-300ER Polaris reconfiguration:
N649UA sked to exit HKG 2811/29Nov with 2 class Polaris and winglets.
2nd 763 with Polaris (2 more currently in mod).
Wonder what's going on with N648UA?

73G:
N27733 exiting MCO 11/26, no slimlines.

Well, I'm 6' and can not stand upright when using them to pee. I have to hunch over in order to get close enough so I don't end up getting some on the floor. I find it really uncomfortable.

Anyone over 6' is really going to have a problem.
