It looks good and I did not have any issues with the login

Just completing my IAD-LAX-SEA-ORD-IAD trip for a Change of Command in Bremerton. I had significant problems on my flight out IAD-LAX-SEA as I was initially supposed to travel from BWI-EWR-SEA but due to weather I had to change flights. The most annoying thing was this was on 1 March and before the integration and my OnePass # remained in the reservation so I wasn't able to UDU from IAD-LAX. When I got to LAX a much better gate agent cleaned-up the record.

Today I'm travelling back from SEA-ORD-IAD. All is well. Lines were a little long at the SEA check-in area but no major complaints that I heard. I had a minor issue where I had a seat assignment for my second flight online 7D but it wouldn't print on the boarding pass when I checked-in. I used a customer service rep and they fixed it no problems.

All in all I feared the integration would go poorly but there was clearly very detailed and good prep for this integration. So far, no major problems and my flights are all on-time.

I have now used TWO PMUA e-certs today NO issues.

If you enter the info at the above link it will validate the ecert and direct drop it in if you want to do a booking right there.

But still no one-way travel, despite the T&Cs that say one-way e-certs are valid.

I am Premier 1K, and my boarding pass shows I am in BG5 on today (3/4) flight 1562 EWR-SFO. I asked the agent if this boarding group could be changed when I dropped my bag at EWR PremierAccess check-in. She tried to explain to me the boarding process has been changed and why 1K now SHOULD be in BG5. I should have printed out the page in the above link.

We are boarding in one hour, I will see if they will let me board in the first group, will report back.

I know PMCO didn't have four engine aircraft, but this is unacceptable.

How is this unacceptable? Do you really think someone in maintenance will read this and put 2 Pratts on a 744?

They have bigger things to worry about right now.

MileagePlus Premier Upgrade Notification E-mail Subscription showing SkyTeam logo

Good afternoon. Great job on the integration, but I just noticed something today that I guess should have been fixed when Continental first joined Star Alliance, so you'll see from the link and pic attached that this should be fixed sooner than in another few years: https://pss.united.com/web/en-US/app...Sec=EUAN&Box=0

Not sure if anyone has reported this yet, but here's a pic: http://twitpic.com/8s2isj

It looks correct here: http://www.united.com/web/en-US/cont...t/default.aspx

Are you asking if your should be waitlisted for ON? if so, yes that is the correct bucket for you upgrade

HNL-ORD is a two-class PMUA 777. I thought ON was for 3-class aircraft and that I should be waitlisted for R, since I am flying on a two-class aircraft. All these new codes are confusing.

That's what I see, as well. You may want to call in as it appears that R/RN space is available for that early flt!;)

Just FYI - After clearing standy, I failed to show up on the upgrade list. GAs said it was a bug.

Hold time for 1k line 60 minutes and still waiting

Too bad we are forced to call to get answers still on hold so much for priority line, what's the normal lines hold time?

Thanks for any insight.

An update to this. Called reservations as I saw R class available on the flight. They said I should not have been waitlisted as ON, but as R. He changed that and I upgraded immediately. Hold time was only 2 mins.

Reward Booking Tool Not Accurate for COS

Be warned - the merged CAL/UAL website now known as United.com does not correctly represent award bookings by Class of Service (COS).

For example: If you search a F award you will see saver award availability where the booking will be in C class for one or more segments.

The old Continental site would show a mixed class of service and disclose which segments were C or Y. The new "Frankensite" leads one to believe you have F availability and unless you look very carefully at subsequent web pages (and dive deep into the page data), you could end up with a lower class of service than advertised.

Cheers,

-Cyborg

"All of the problems have been solved - everything is working now!"

The web support person I just talked to assured me that all of the merger-related problems have been resolved.:p

She was able to help me with my issue: I was locked out of website. She removed the lock (without asking me anything to verify my identity) and I was able to create a new PIN by using the Forgot My PIN link. (I had not forgotten it; it just stopped working.)

I was able to get through to web support fairly quickly via the 1K line.

How did you get through to Web support?

I was trying to figure this out - previous UA web support number goes to reservations, and can't find a web support number online or on the phone app. Called the elite number listed on my card for 1P (printed from the new web site) and there is no option for web support, and trying to speak it resulted in no recognition of this as an option.
