Missing Flight Credit

I know this is way down on the bottom of the list but I took four PMCO flights this week and did not get credit for them(Normally it's two days or less). When I put in the ticket number under missing mileage, it states I DID get credit. I'm 100% sure I didn't get credit, and they don't show up on the online statements. What is my recourse?

Shannon,

I am having issues with CPU processing. Currently within 73 hours from my flight with a flight that is showing RN9. What is the best way to approach this? In the past asking the phone agent to remove and re-enter my MP # worked.

UPDATE: On the phone with a phone agent (going on 30 minutes now :/ ), she just stated that SHARES is saying my booking fare of K is ineligible for CPU/EUA.

Personally I would wait a bit (like a week) to see what shakes out -- trying to contact a live person is going to waste alot of your time. There have been a few other reports of missing credit but given the focus on integration this weekend, flight crediting may be delayed and lots of normal system are overloaded.

The app is currently not letting me log in... I also have missing PQM/RDM
From one segment of a trip on PMUA

Keep us posted on this one... B/c K is a paid fare

I was going to wait a few weeks for sure...I was just a bit concerned when it said I did get credit...Thanks!

EUA/CPU processing apparently justed turned back on in the last hour (see post #1). Unlike PMUA, the exisence of RN inventory does not infer CPU space -- best I understand there is no visibility to CPU space.

I, for one, am awaiting CPU for flight with 50% F space on 7 March.

Did you already apply the CPU and get a wait list message?

What is the purpose of CPUs, with "Confirmed" in the name, if you can't confirm an upgrade with them, even though R space is available?

PMCO's reasoning for not manually clearing people in R is not knowing where they are in the standby queue..

In this case, the 'C' stands for Complimentary, I believe!;)

Pre Merger former RCC's (Pre Merger United Clubs) missing

Shannon; minor one; but this was missing on the test pss site earlier on and it looks like no one got around to adding the pre merger United side of the clubs

CPU is Complimentary Premier Upgrades (UDU or EUA in the old parlance). You don't apply a CPU.

The new system (the PMCO system) does not show waitlisted/ pending for CPU.

It does show waitlisting for RPU/GPU/miles. These use R/RN space.

CPU apparently operates differently -- but I am not real clear on this yet.

I believe that CPUs come out of the RN bucket, as well, but only when the system cycle runs within the appropriate windows (according to status).

Sorry, you are right! I am PMUA and I always thought of them as confirmed regional upgrades. The nomenclature is confusing.

Yes, the new nomenclature takes a bit of getting used to:

CPU is formerly UDU/EUA;
RPU is formerly CR-1;
GPU is formerly SWU

So, if R,RN>0 and you apply an RPU, is the upgrade confirmed or could you still be wait listed?
