I'd like to have the text message brought back. Also, the only upgrade notification is for CPU's...not for other waitlisted upgrades (at least that's all that shows up as an option in the profile).

Please bring back text notification for CPU's and any other type of upgrade that clears.

My solution to this was to use the SMS e-mail box for my wireless provider (e.g. for Verizon Wireless, [email protected], where I substitute in the phone # of my mobile).

This isn't perfect for two reasons:
  • Even when specifying "mobile device" as the address type, the e-mails are larger than a single SMS and get split into two separate SMS messages.
  • You can apparently have only one active e-mail address at a time (the "add" button allows you to add new addresses, but you still can only send to one of them). I'd like to send to my mobile device and my e-mail inbox; there are places I can't check my e-mail on my mobile device but can still get SMS messages.

yes, the united.com/appreciation site is now working, get your certs in the system.

funny oddity though, I just put in a cert I had for a flight and my #1 1P GF was on the same flight. She put her cert in for seat (seat cushion was broken) and got a 75$ e-cert, I put in for same (even though I think it was actually the audio plug was broken) just repopulating the selection with the same field, different cert though and it kicked out 150$? Does that make sense, what is it based on? Fare was the same, flight same, issue listed as same. She's a 1P, I'm now 1MM 0P but was technically 1P at the time.

I hope they can fix it soon so it stops logging me out so often

That's a little bit funny given many of us are traveling and don't have our cards yet!

Yes, that is PMCO policy and the one that is the one we are living with moving forward.

I had to show my boarding pass, one pass card, passport and drivers license when I went to the UC on 2/24 at EWR.

I am not a UC member so I was using it under the international flight *gold benefit.

Yes--it's based on your status at the time you redeem it (as well as the current redemption rates offered by UA; i.e. you could have logged in and gotten a $200 offer, sat on it, and logged in with the same SkyKit cert # 60 days later and gotten a $150 offer).

IIRC, it's also based on the flight itself, so if you got one for a transcon and one for a transpac, redeeming for the tpac flight issue would be worth more regardless of which SkyKit # you entered.

Indeed. And it took me somewhere around 3 months to get my UC card last time (the RCC folks sent it to the wrong address the first time--at least they didn't try charging me the $50 replacement card fee which the UC has in place...).

To call or not to call?

Traveling tonight from SFO on a Mixed UA/AC itin (all with united flt #s). OLCI use to work for this, but on the new site i'm getting an error:

"We are unable to complete the check-in process as a valid ticket coupon cannot be found. Please contact a United representative at 1-800-300-1547 for assistance."

Worth calling, or just a codeshare issue to figure out at the airport?

Ecerts only work multi city and roundtrip not one way like there supposed too. Please Ua Insider fix this.

Didnt see in the master list:

1) List of United Clubs is not complete. Missing lounges at LGA and ORD, as well as many others.
http://pss.united.com/web/en-US/cont...s/default.aspx

2) When searching for flights, the results are a bit screwy. Shows:

    3) Every time I leave the site and come back, I have to log back in, despite checking "remember me"

The gremlins were at work again last night.

Got 2 of us on a single PNR checked in fine yesterday, but had no printer. Went back to print BPs this morning - using the new PNR and mine was there but not her's. Turns out that she's on yet another separate and new PNR. Ditto on our upcoming MUC flight - our linked flights have now been split into two PNRs.

Another real annoyance is that there appears to be no way to see a current years account statement on a single page - you need to ask for one month at a time - can this be true??

Doesn't happen to me - could it be your browser settings?

I have an issue I didn't see in the master list. I checked my account on 3/3 and all seemed fine, but as of yesterday my EQM (or premier qualifying miles now, right?) are gone! My mileage balance and lifetime miles are correct, as are my PQM segments, but where I should have about 25,000 PQM it only shows 1,750 or so for my last (03/02) flight MEX-SFO. All miles were with PMUA, although I had combined FF accounts. I guess I'll wait a few days then call if it hasn't sorted itself by then...

Hope I didn't miss this and this has already been answered but:

    On credit for *A flights:

I have upcoming US flights tagged with "Continental" rather then UA and my old CO OP # (which is now also my new UA # so seems safe to assume it will all work ok for credit also)

Will the merged system pick the credit up for these since they're tagged in US system as CO? Should I call, or have GA's, manually remove the CO and reenter as UA with my same OP#?

Wish I could change it myself by managing my future reservations on US website but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that.

I did fly last night on US with CO tagged and it did pick it up as *G like always but I'm curious if the *A credits will come through the integrated system?

I know--this is the new normal for these systems, but after 18 hours you'd think that something would have budged on at least one of them.

Same problem -- called 1K line -- they report the CPU software is not fully working yet despite UAInsider's comment from yesterday

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

Has anyone had miles posted for flights? One of my connecting flights from 2/29 did not post.
