A possible formatting issue to help my old eyes......
Would it be possible to "red" the "updated dates" at the end of each paragraph in the first post? Like I said, I have old eyes
but in scanning the first post to see what was updated and when, it makes it easier for me.
Thanks

Minor glitch in seat selection when booking upgrades:
After applying a GPU (and showing up correctly in "R") to an upcoming itinerary, the system gave me seats in C--but when I tried to pick seats, would only let me pick seats in F. I couldn't select from any of the other C seats despite a wide-open cabin.
The problem resolved itself after a half hour or so, but I was still scratching my head and wondering if I was going to end up with a double-upgrade (no, I didn't).

massive train wreak _ UAL detroyed
I am having an issue with my MP number and name not matching. I have call MP, faxed letters to a special "expedited fax number", call Global Services, sent messages on Twitter, asked for help at the airport...nothing, nada, zip. too bad...
I can't get seat assignments, it took me 50 min to move from a middle seat to aisle.
Yeah, I am sure, I am an outlier something on the edge. But what is frustrating is that after 5 years of Global Service level Loyalty (over 200k of EQM last year), I can't find anyone on the airline who a) care or b) can fix my issue.

Otherwise, impossible to tell what has changed. Sometimes, it looks like only the timestamp has been touched...

I'm really trying to be patient with this, as I see lifetime miles as something not critical for me to call on today. The rumored 4/15 sweep is something I'm hoping corrects these errors. In fact, the 4/15 sweep is my decision day on whether or not I continue with UA. Fares are up big time since 3/3, service is down, miles not posting, etc. I'm now left with ony one trip with UA, and I'm tempted everyday to cancel and book with pretty much anyone else.

CHANGE
"When the winds of change blow hard enough,
the most trivial of things can turn into deadly projectiles."
I thought this was fitting for the new airline called UNITED.

Checked in with GPU, not and Upgrade standby
Does anyone know if the on line upgrade list is actually working? I've checked in to a flight, but the upgrade list is showing no passengers. (I am using the manual URL in order to see the list on mobile.bomb - as instructed on another thread.)
I have connecting flights to the international leg. The intl leg is still over 24 hours a way. in PMCO I would still be added to the list. Is this no longer true?
