Well the promise was that management would be divided between the two airlines. Will this be as one FA told me "a hostile takeover of United by Contintental" (indeed when we landed in SIN from NRT, the purser--a long time UA employee--announced the arrival of "Continental flight 881"--which never existed)? I believe that there were more UA passengers/employees than CO passengers/employees. The "new company" needs to keep this in mind.

I received credit for a LH flight that i flew less than 24 hours ago, but still waiting for credit from a UA flight a couple of dys ago. Just think it is strange that LH would post so quickly and they can't post UA flights.

How should this be accomplished? Has there been success with calling UA Reservations and having it changed?

I agree that since the mileage postings used to be faster for both UA and CO, it seems silly that it takes a few days for miles post at this point. Especially when the new UA pss and associated systems are nothing more than the old CO pss and associated systems.

I have flights from 3/04, 3/05, 3/06 and 3/12 that have not posted and appears that all flights I have flown since those dates are not counting in my MP totals. I was told to wait until April 1, 2012 about 2 1/2 weeks ago and that they were going to do a sweep to fix things. Nothing happened so I called 1K desk today and was transferred to MP and was told "to be patient and that it was a huge merger." The agent told me maybe in May 2012 my account might be corrected. The agent seemed to have no compassion on how this impacts the customer and that there was basically nothing I could do but wait. The fix date seems to be a continually moving target now. I have also sent, emails, Faxes and letters to MP with copies of all these tickets and boarding passes and nothing has changed. What a bunch of liars!!! 
Yes, I agree, they are liars.

I saw a posting a few weeks ago that someone was successful in changing ON to R. However, I called UA last night to correct my wife's upcoming itinerary (both upgraded with PRU before 3/3) from ON to R, I was told there is no way to do that.
It's very clear that incorrect ON flights don't post. Any suggestion on what I should do?

Flight upgraded to ON. These flights are not posting miles or PQM/PQS class of service bonuses correctly. For flights going forward, we hope to have a fix in place soon. To correct postings for previous dates, we’ll be refreshing these calculations later in the week after the fix goes in (updated 7:00a, March 31)

I have a SFO-SYD flight on March 9th L paid up to ZN, then at gate changed to ON complimentary Have called x3 USA, Phillipines Singapore - no success in getting miles let alone EQM posted
As for upgrades - MEL-SYD-SFO upgraded to First from Z - no miles deducted no copay charged yet - same for a few days later upgraded LAX-MEL from Z to F - card # taken miles - still no card charge and no miles deducted- have questioned it twice via USA mileage plus - its all ok its being done manually - what will happen at the airport??? Melbourne PMCO and PMUA staff are particularly nasty!

Just noticed that one of my 3 upcoming itineraries does not show any mileage information for any of the 6 flight segments. The "Award Miles/Premier Qualifying*" column is just not shown.
Wonder what happened there? Reserved and ticketed about 3 weeks ago. 016 ticket number issued. Upgrade certificate applied and actually cleared. Seats assigned. Flight times showing.

I have this question as well. A different upcoming reservation where the upgraded 2-cabin aircraft is showing ON instead of R. I am more concerned that the seat will not be available then fighting with UA later about mileage accruals.

Now, with the spate of recent schedule changes, the revised itineraries seem to have played absolute havoc with a bunch of upgraded trips I have in Jun/Jul, where I am now seeing the dreaded (R/ON) Coach, and I am in limbo

Credit back of RPU or GPU to MP account. Procedure?
Ok experts. I thought maybe the system would be "fixed" by now but this has been going on so long even I am beginning to forget about things. Here is the case. SFO to JFK to SFO. I flew the outbound but cxld the return while at JFK. Returned on award ticket in F taken from my account. My original ticket was supported both ways by my GS friend. The RPU taken prior to March 3 was confirmed into C. Was told this would return to his account. Still not. How do I get his RPU back? Thanks.
