I saw a posting a few weeks ago that someone was successful in changing ON to R. However, I called UA last night to correct my wife's upcoming itinerary (both upgraded with PRU before 3/3) from ON to R, I was told there is no way to do that.
It's very clear that incorrect ON flights don't post. Any suggestion on what I should do?
I found an agent who actually knew that ON was wrong. She wasn't able to change it to RN (there was no R availability) so she changed it to PN. Probably not the right thing either but I assume it has a better chance of posting.
