Absolutely fair point. PMUA was a bit larger than PMCO, and of course the challenge is to retain both the customers and competent staff from both, and we can all hope that we look back on this as a series of bumps that got smoothed out! For me the bright side is more non stop destinations from more hub cities, even as there are changes to the FF program that I disagree with. Clearly, there is more work to be done.
