I have a SFO-SYD flight on March 9th L paid up to ZN, then at gate changed to ON complimentary Have called x3 USA, Phillipines Singapore - no success in getting miles let alone EQM posted
As for upgrades - MEL-SYD-SFO upgraded to First from Z - no miles deducted no copay charged yet - same for a few days later upgraded LAX-MEL from Z to F - card # taken miles - still no card charge and no miles deducted- have questioned it twice via USA mileage plus - its all ok its being done manually - what will happen at the airport??? Melbourne PMCO and PMUA staff are particularly nasty!
